How to use seal scrolls?

    so i got a few seal scrolls from the holidays event and the closest option i fin on bs of mammon is to remove curse.
    sometimes i can select a weapon sometimes not, and when i finally got selected one, an unbind scroll is needed.

    so how can i use seal scrolls?

    at standard blacksmith, aden one for example. worked for me just fine.
