Add founds to an account i didnt want, i explain ...

well, i logged 2 accounts on diferent navigator windows, then i went to 1 of them, because i wanted to add founds to buy 1 month premium account, i added founds. when i went to play, what was my surprise ? it wasnt pa, the other account, where i didnt want to add the founds, had got the transaction. o.o

why ? if i add the founds in the navigator window in the right account where i wanted to add them. why i got the founds on the other account ? since many people even with low knowledge about internet play this game and u should make it for them, so easy u can, for ur own profit, and i think i didnt do anything wrongly, i think isnt my fault. i think u should advertise about this can happend.

since some days ago, i log 2 accounts on 1 pc, cause 1 of them is premium, and, when i log, i log on site with 1 account and click play and i play that account, i log the other, i click play and i play the other account.
is not my fault that i added founds on 1 account and i got the founds on the other account where i didnt want. because i did all right, while logged on the acount where i wanted to add the founds, i clicked to add and did all steps, but like i said, what was my surprise ? i got the founds on the other account.

can u switch me the founds between accounts pls ? because i think i wasnt my fault, i added on the navigator window with the account where i wanted to get, but got in the other.

why no one answer ? dont u have an admin checking forum or something ? this is the service u give, how u treat ur clients ? not even 1 person who can give me an answer here ? i posted 6-7 hours ago or more

yes, like always, like i do when i want to play. i log 1 account and i launch that account, i log the other account in same browser and i launche this account. i dont know why it has to be diferent with adding bounds. if it is diferent or there is something what can confound players, they should advertirse about it. i think isnt my fault. u should advertise about how it works, if it adds bound on the last account logged on browser or the first one, or how it works. the only i know, is i made it in the browser with the right account logged where i wanted to get the $$, but i got it on other account.

so please, i am not asking to u give me back my euros, i just want it in the right account. u can do it when u want, it doesnt have to be right now, i am not in a hurry up, but please, do it. post here or email me to ask for accounts, i will tell.
and, pls, do something to this cant happend to someone else, cause i think it isnt the users fault. it is more like ur system can mistaken to no expert users. and most of people are not expert users.

i didn`t try it myself, but i guess it adds funds on account that was launched last, before funds were added.

 

you can send a request to move the funds between your accounts via the site support.4game.com

make a new question and select the category > put money to wrong acc. describe the problem and the gm team will try to respond as fast as possible.
