Dark Panther's Fatal Claw

the skill doesn't work at all - on mobs, players with flag, players without flag, pk has no any effect

correct me plz if i'm wrong or maybe i do something not right...

 

im also da and even panther debuff doesnt work. and if go kama in laba panther is no present in instance. i must relog after kama if i wnat to have panther in laba. wtf this summon so buged?

 

that skill considered a blow...it doesnt land always...
and it has more chances to land from behind

 

panthere debuff work fine if you dont use it on a player with more lvl than you
try to enchant the cat for have some succes after lvl 78
at +4 she gain 1 lvl
for exemple try to put hamstring+0 on a player lvl 80 he never work put it +4 and he land wery well
the only bug with summon are sometime she disapear and you must relog for get it back
