3rd class Quest for Wind rider

hi,

i have a problem to activate my 3rd class quest ... i'm plains walker lvl 76 and the beginner npc

when i clic on quest , the npc tell don't meet this npc's minimum quest requirements ...

i forget something ? :/

 

can you post a link to the enlarged version of the screen?
anyway. you need to be lvl 76 and go to your race master in aden. there you get a quest to go on seal of shilen and talk to some guy, loot 4 corpses go back to the guy and then move to the instanced dungeon where you choose 2 npc helpers. those two pretty much can do the quest for you.

 

mmmh if you clic on the screen in imageshak it will be enlarged not ?

i'm 76 , i have test all the npc in warrior guild in aden , nobody has a quest for me :'(
