PA acount and a bonus 10 Euro for facebook

hi i have qestion when i whas register with fb on l2 web i get 10 euro bonus to item shop. and tehr is writen it can be used to 70% of price ( that 10 euro bonus) so i charge a acount with 4 more euro so its 14 euro total bout still when i can try to buy (upgrade acount ) i can only get thta 7 days so my qestion its why that bonus dont work when i whana to buy for month ? ? because pa for month cost me 9.85 ( let say its cost 10 euro so should be 70% from fb bonus = 7 euro and plus mine 4 euro = 11 and still dont have option to buy ? that bonus work only in in game shop ? dont work with pa?

 

70% bonus is only for ingame items.
pa is another story and is calculate in diffrent way.

 

so they should change discribe of bonus euro because "you can pay with bonuses for up to 70 % of the cost of any item or service" becasu i whas thinking so item= in game shop and servie = pa or smth like that... bout ty for info
