Need Help!

i don't know is that right post but... i need help im a craft and today i lost my all cry a i don't know how it is possible i was log in and have open privet store around 15:00 i went out my home and back for 4 hours and i saw "you are disconnected from the server" so i think no matter i m just log in again and when i did it i saw my all cry a gone that was my money in this please help my character name acedia.

btw it is really strange because i'm lost only my cry a everything is on place except cry
i m going to check all my characters maybe something is missing on them i will write if it will missing
