Using vulgarisms online and... pathetic behavior other players

yesterday someone whos play in this same spot, talked about myself and my mother and few bad things about my familly.
i wish this behavior will be punished couse person who is playing with other ppls must to know there is other human, and feel he is not anonimous.
how would u feel in my place? i just ks his mob and he talk something like this? this is really pathetic and i lost my patience to play. plz make some thread to post things like this. in real life if i meet him i knew what to do but here u can ban, warn this kind of ppls. you are judge here. plz make something for that situations. i want to play with culture peoples.

not that i am condoning the bad behaviour (insults and such) of this player, but you seem to be ksing him constantly and teasing also oo

getting angry for things like this is meaningless, plus, what if you were in real life? you punch him to death? sounds really childish.
