Some flame about crits,ss lags whatever

    dear innova,
    i can clearly see that u are not counting europe equally as your russian server.we don't have any support from you and all that you have to say about long period of ss lags,in game crits such as that related to web browser crit, is short post from admin that you have to wait for ncsoft.with web browser crit u only posted a short post with solution that are not working.that's really pity cuz ncwest dont have such a huge problems as you have.as u have license for that beatiful game u can push ncsoft to start working to solve our problems.that point of view is not only mine but almost all players are pissed with that.so my question is:could you please start working on this server not only counting how much money did u get for pa and etc.

    i agree with previous post. it is not polite when administration keeps silence about work progress on important bug fixes. ss lag is not just a small issue, quite often it is even not possible to play. i don't know if you are working at all to do something to fix this issues, but you should at least inform players if/when we can expect some improvements. i have also question about what you will do to compensate spent for nothing money for premium accounts? i think not only me bought premium account to play faster, but then ss lag begun, and everything became slower not faster. are you planning to increase premium account time, or pay part of money back, or do something like this? or maybe you are thinking that innova is not responsible for own server?

    if your development team is not strong enough to solve ss lag, then use your brains and make some other changes to compensate problems caused by ss lag. increase rates or do something else, think how to solve your own server issues. if you cannot do this, at least answer on questions.

    thanks for the link, missed it, as i expected some response in section about technical issues. so, anyway, thanks for trying to solve it, will keep waiting for updates.

    @radix i saw that message but what it explains.only that they have to wait for ncsoft i think that after such a long time players expect sth more than short post that they have to wait.

    so what are you expecting for? tell me please and i will try to correct this with l2-team as fast as possible.

    i'm expecting some detailed info not only a post about ncsoft,some info about recompensation of pa or sth u know just start working

    + support team consultations if you can't use pa options or ingame shop items normally. don't you think so?

    but if you need more info from innova, i will try to organize it (tomorrow i think). thx for your feedback, effect =)
