Crafting

can scavengers/bounty hunters also craft soulshots d/c/b/a/s, or can they only craft r grade ones once they awaken?

 

once they have awaken they got the skill "dwarven craft lvl 11" this mean they can craft and learn all dwarvens reciepes up to lvl 11.

 

but before awakening their dwarven craft stays at lvl 1?

 

ye. dwarven craft is a "racial skill" rather than a "class" skill. before the game was mainly oriented through the class you choose, know it is oriented to the race you choose. this mean even if you awaken as a mage or any other class you will have the racial talent inherited from the fact you're a dwarf.
