[SOLVED]When Support website will be available ?

hello, support webstie https://support.4game.com/index.php is not working at least from yesterday. i want to ask when it will be available again?

may be web-server rejects your connections?

for now i recommend using proxies or vpn for support web page accessing...
or anonymizers are good idea too, but think a bit about your account security before using this (because of your personal data walk through 3-party proxy-server or anonymizer server).

also you can give me (in private message) your external ip and provider name for resolving this issue by innova network engineers.

 

radix, there are quite a lot of ppl which cannot connect to support site (i live in pl). i can tell that most of my friends have the same problem... ;(

ok it came out that i can see the page but only using proxy site which i think is not the safest way. i send radix my ip + provider name/website, and yes i am from poland also. any idea how to acces support website without any proxies? some guide may be useful i think
