    tgm is not a forum warrior or 'community' man
    they are company's tech elite and can to resolve very complex issues...

    but maybe some of them can introduce yourself better then i do? (see this thread 11.01 on working time)

    read this thread today 11.01 (i don't know exact time, but...)
    it's special for you and intrepid2. i really believe that you can help to make lineage2 eu better (if you want of course!!!)

    we all will see that our tgms is not so strange, so boring, so scary, etc... they are really good guys with nice sense of humor and very skilled professionals. they are often behind the scenes, but their work is really amazing. sometimes nobody can help you more than they will do...

    let's focus on work with the server, nobody says that they are not cool as people,
    but this does not colleagues from the yard so i doubt that someone cares about their personality.

    i hope you understand me, people want to see progress of work, that's all.

    xrelapse, yeah, you're right about this! they are always focused on their work and investigations (most of all are client-side issues)...

    but now i want to introduce them for community a bit. maybe some of us (community members) will work with them in tickets, so communication will be more simple. or maybe you have any personal questions (it's not so much interesting to talk with me i think)

    the theme you are discussing is so interesting =)

    as radix said, our work is not always could be seen. the main communication with users we organize in the support tool because we often request some private information which could not be published ob the forum.
    also, we do a great job with our moderators of the technical branch. besides, we work on all innova projects, not only l2 eu, but we pay a great attention to eurooff and mainly our efforts are being noticing inside the company.

    so you have no ingame activity at all. good so now i have a bug in pailaka meaning i killed 3 out of 4 bosses before the final boss(devils legacy) 1 didnt gave me the item because of my mistake(didnt switched to the pailaka weapon) so i aborted the quest took it again...bosses nowhere to be found. meaning i cant complete pailaka so now i should report it to the support site and wait hours/days for an answer and if the case is like it a week for fixing it(which would eventually be 2 or 3 or even more weeks because usually the fixes you implement doesnt work at all), is that right?

    thats not exactly true since i get answer from regular gms on support site so what the hell...:d

    gms -> 1-line, general ingame (lineage2) questions, questions about rules, gameplay elements, ingame troubles, unfair play. they can work with you both support and game (when petition system will be ok). they do a great job for analyzing, sorting questions and combine data for next level of support (more specific tasks for example)

    tgms -> complex tech. issues, client-side network problems, routers / isp troubles, equipment setup, av / firewall - software issues, frost incompatibility issues and so on (many tasks not from lineage2 project only). they helps us to make tech. section better, but forum-helping is not their primary task. they work with players through support-site, skype and teamviewer. ofc it's not complete info, it's just micro-introduction, i think.

    bgms -> bot hunters, security professionals

    billing engineers -> 4game account related issues, payments and so on. i know a little about this work, sorry =)

    there are much more complicated groups of specialists, they accessible to you through support (for example account cracking questions, security issues and so on).

    okay so about logging in and actually do something nobody cares, good to know. i think its better if i dont read more about how the staff works because i alredy think they are by far the worst management ever, a 10y old with hes home made l2j server pwned them hard.

    the experience since the server started. they are the living definition of unprofessional lol...

    if there would be again online gms like it was at start everything would be a hundred times better...

    intrepid2, i remember your opinion about ingame gms and fully agree with you. but this topic about tech. gms. ;) they solve completely other questions (not gameplay related).
