Overall pros and cons

instead of writing pages full with the behaviour of staff(which would result in my ban at best)i just stick to the subject so here we go.

1. as a web background everything could and should be totally remade. having 3 domain while 2 of them is the exact same(lineage2.eu and eu.4game.com/lineage2/install) is just nonsense. why not having 1 site 1 site globally with a popular domain name like the lineage2.eu for marketing reasons filled with information about the game, if not an online checker or online player counter a server list(ncwest had that for ages i dont think its a problem to add).

2. alternative ways of downloading the client(other direct download or any p2p service like torrent).

3. remake of forum sections as it is. just a mess...cant explain better.

4. proper marketing campaign for the server after fixing the bugs(you cant advertise your server with "hello would you mind joining us?but please keep in mind you'll have unplayable game experience in prime time because we lagg like hell...but its not our fault", besides that related to the web background also.

now thats all in short words for the offline things, so lets see ingame things..

5. major bugs should be solved as fast as possible, meaning critical bug found announce it ingame(since your forum is a mess at best) until its not solved.

6. gms are under-utilized gms are only for spawning mobs?thats not true, the gms should be online atleast 1-2 hours a day(more the better) in prime time to accept petitions and maybe find bugs before the community gets to it.

7. there should be a blacklist of reported people whos a possible botter and gms should investigating these cases right away without waiting for the community to open 100+++ topic to get an answer about a player.

8. there are cases where the server crashes(happened lately so dont oversee that). there should be a gm online to solve issues regarding the crash(thinking especially about pa users and rim kamaloka).

and well theres no pros at all i dont see the "retail quality" which is yet again a communication related error much less a software quality issue.
