if u mean support on https://support.4game.com it is kinda good, fast answers, helped me sometimes
but if u mean the over all support including in game gm, including this forum i can just say rather bad..

 

i would agree with rather bad- no gms in game and no official information on forums (for weeks even) if something on the server goes wrong.

 

support.4game.com is fine but in game support is equal to 0 atm so my opinion overall is "rather bad"

 

support.4game.com its kinda good, but most ppl will vote for "bad"/"rather bad" cause 0 (zero) support in the game.
