PA, Vitality Question!

    1. pa exp is +200% or +100%?
    2. vitality exp is +100% or +200%?
    3. pa without vitality is the same of not pa with vitality? (exp)
    4. how much is the maximum +xxx% of exp we can reach with pa+vit+items?

    normal acc with vita = pa without vita

    pa with vita = double of pa without vita

    no pa + no vp = x1
    no pa + vp = x2
    pa + no vp = x2
    pa + vp = x4
    maximum is 5x: pa + vp + nevit hourglass + rune of experience
