this heal also heals npc and player outside the party (without clan). i think it shouldn't
npc u mean mobs? an ss would be helpfull or video
it's a new version of chain heal and yes, it should heal up to 10 chars around including npcs and (if it's the same as on h5) non-flaged 1 sided wars players.
it's working fine:
progressive heal lv.1 - magic skill
restores 40% of the hp of the target and the ten most injured allies up to 10 people. the amount of healing decreases as the seriousness of injury lessens.
y but 1st post says heal ppl without pt without clan also :d
yep my bad. i though that it works on player because of the npc thing. also when you have someone out of your party, you can still heal him if you target him. never noticed that before.

so finaly, i wasn't dreaming. on the screenshot : i target mylsef, i'm not in party, not in a clan and not in a peacefullzone.
as i said, it's how it should work. you heal both your party/clan/ally members, non-flagged people, non-flagged people with 1 sided wars (assuming it's same as on h5) and npcs. that's perfectly fine.
yes. in the skill description there's no mention of the need to be in party/clan/ally/whatever with your target (it's not like group heal).
so as arcain said it heals your target + the people around your target (unless you're in war with them or they're flagged) with the smallest amount of hp.
