Special ability in r grade weapon

hi guys, how i can make crystal for sa on r grade weapon?

 

do daily in soa, from there u take mark of loyalty. then go trajan. when u kill terodor npc spawns at place and u can exchange the mark for 20 seals of loyalty. at same npc u can exchange those seals for some stuf, including soul crystal r grade, color by chance (soul cry-55 seals). or simply buy from ah-they`re pretty cheap.
