L2 problem to jojnning game

hi. i have problem witch l2. i try to jojn for about one month and i can't jojn.
when i'm trying to activate the game, nothing happens, or frost to load and then l2 is not working. sometimes it is so that i will come to the game but gives me error within 10 seconds with gameguard or dissconect. i tried everything i've read all the posts and problems of other players. it did work. help me plx!!!!!!!!!!!

 

so any one can't help me ?

 

has 4game made somethink he can not control?

do you have added exeption in av/firewall.
you have complate instalation and problem only with run game, right?(you have all button "play","update")?
can you write what action you do?
delate and update frost?

widzę że piszę z polakiem to przedstawie problem po polsku .
dodałem wyjątek i w av i firewallu.
wszystko się normalnie zainstalowało bez żadnych problemów. często mam tak że naciskam play i nic się niedzieje, dopiero po 300 naciśnięciu play gra się włancza
frost się ładuje i wyskakuje error po rusku. "problema z obnowieniem frosta" czyli coś tam z updatem związane. no to ok usuwam frosta pobieram kolejny raz no i dupa
i tak cały czas. czytałem już wszystko wszystkiego próbowałem nawet reinstal nic nie dawał. jest też czasem tak że gra się włączy normalnie loguje się ale w potem game guard error i gra się wyłancza albo po odpaleniu gry bez errora dostaje dc po minucie nie pełnej.
jakieś propozycje rozwiązania problemu?
a i jeszcze jedno używam google chroma do odpalania l2 bo na innych mi przycisk play nie wyskakuje.

 

chyba zrobiłeś update z klienta ncwest, bo innova nie ma gg. wywal folder system i fixnij grę (zębatka przy play)

i guess you've made an update from ncwest's client, beacuse innova doesn't have gameguard. delete system folder and and use "fix game"

 

ten fix nic nie daje nawet po usunięciu folderu system i frosta.

 

a ściągałeś czystą gre ze strony czy uaktualniałeś klienta ncsoft?

yes it's correct adress.
do you ever used bots? we have few similar problem caused inncorect uninstalling 3rd soft.

what av/firewall you use?

 

no i have never use bot's and cheats.
i use kaspesky internet security 2012.

 

try delate kasperksy for test time and after this post result.
