Rhythm of Start - M.Critical goes up or down?

    skill description says "decreases". but is it true? decrease of m.critical would be ****...

    the effect should be a combination of song of renewal and dance of siren.....and this dance used to increase it by 100%

    it's a typo :p it works by increasing not decreasing
