^ not same. delf has highest healing power. elf has fastest casting speed and magic evasion, human has nothing special to offer.
every awakened healer gets massress at lvl 89: group resurrection - resurrects all dead party members. in addition restores 80% of the lost xp due to death however, it has 600s cd, while the old bishop skill has 150s cd and restores 55% of the lost exp. i'd definately keep the old skill, but it doesn't give bishops any real advantages, since you wont mass pvp that often anyways and even if you do superior cast speed or heal power would have kept your party from dieing anyways.
yes, it does give quite an advantage. old mass ress ressurects clan members as well and that might be usefull at mass pvps/epics and sieges at some point.
