Missing Npc at Cruma Tower (Aria)

hello.

topic about that problem was made by other player on aria sub-forum but noone from innova team answered there so i decided to make a new one here. maybe it will help.
the problem is that they are missing npc at cruma tower to teleport you on 2nd floor etc.
i wonder why they are missing and why do they still missing...

its not a big deal to fix it isn't it?

just checked core server and they dont have such a problem.
