Quest item stuck in inventory (Lidia's Heart Quest)

i have the quest item named map - forest of the dead stuck in my inventory i cant delete it store it or drop it.
the item is from the questl lidia's heart which i complete it.
how can i contact a gm to delete it, the petiotion seems unavailable?
