A lot of errors after last update...... this is real official or private server?

i have 2 accounts one pa and second without pa... with pa i can login without problem but with second account without pa i get this stupid error like this:

try to delete 22_19.unr from maps folder and all files which have "interior" in his name, then fullcheck the client

after i delete interior_b_t.utx and full check my problem was fixed.
