Subclass certification

hi,

80 level certificate can be exchanged to same passive skills like 65-70-75, or it's transform like old times?

 

■certification of skills held on 65, 70, 75 and 80 subclass level.

■from each subclass main class may have only 4 new skills or upgrade old skills, all 12 skills of 3 subclasses.
■it is impossible to learn the skills of more than 3 different subclasses.

certificate of subclass skill and certificate of transformation unable to drop/discard/sell.
how about this, so it's mentioned about certificate of transformations. so it's longer exist or no? ;x
