I CANT JOIN THE SERVER,PROBLEM WITH WEB ,AND CLICk PLAY

hello, i have a serious problem. i have been without playing for 2 weeks. yesterday, i wont to play and i cannot. i open the web, click the play and it does not happen at all. i do not know that i can do .i m 5 days trying to join to the server. i have antivirus kaspery.i has read what i must do. it is throws everything and it is still equal. use google crhoome, mozilla, i cannot play thank you i wait for help

how about av/firewall configuration? do you have added exeptions?

dont load froster, dont load l2.exe.. nothing happens

 

ok, it's seems like av/firewall block procces before it runs. check your protect rules. maybe new version of frost is block by your av

 

i have the same problem for the maintenance of 24 january. now you just disable the av. bitdefender do not like the new lineage2.exe
