    i know you can get these from trajan or from territory wars but i wonder how do you get bonuses on them like pvp damage etc?

    bracelets don't have additional bonuses.
    shirt with cp bonus for example can be bought from tw.
    belts - you buy a magic ornament from tw and attach it to the belt at an npc in rune or in aden.

    so you shouldn't craft shirt? only buy it from tw manager?

    to obtain shirt you can buy from fortress (s grade and lower for ke), obtain from territory manager for territory badges after territory wars, craft
