Feedback: Support - isnt joke?

i thought that you resolve seriously, issues with the game or the whole engine. met with three responses leaders who even seems to have not read my problem.

i wrote a topic in detail:
- i went through every step in detail, each of the following by 10 guides.
- i wrote that, according to the bookmark task is to kill the last boss. called adiantum.


several pieces of evidence in support of the photograph on the type of window to tasks, as to the movies to watch that show go through the teleport, moving on foot to the place in which they should appear.

moderators took not take it seriously. bug introduced some time in the game diablo3 to which he had access to the beta. support only after 8 days, wrote that the error actually is, and to endeavor to fix the bug as soon as possible. after 3 hours to download a patch.

here it's different, i got seven responses. from three different moderators.

first kall - give me the link is dead. later, the lack of response.

second blinnna - make stupid questions. one of them, "why do you use when taking a pet quest." well, yes, probably even did not read that in this quest is just about killing the quest for which he normally goes to get exp.

third kurai - this is at all did a beautiful job. as the only write concisely, to the point. but he describes the information that relates to another case (he wrote that ... and what does it matter anyway if he did not read it :/)



now, i feel somehow as if i was around a group of children who can not see can not hear and i feel that someone writes it for them. i doubt that the administrator has allowed for such off top. little professional, little professional. in my opinion, very helpful support, and those that do not have any idea about editing someone else's speeches express themselves under the flag of the moderator.

i did that palaika 2 times and everything worked perfect so fix your brain or fix your client choose which ever u want :d

with regards to your palika issue, you were informed that the quest is not bugged and many people have managed to complete it until now, kall was correct to give you the link for support as all ingame related problems go through this ticket system, if you take time to follow the announcements then you will see clearly that the support team are having some delays due to maintenance on the support tool, this is both announced here on the forum and on the support site itself:

is it so hard to understand it bugs sometimes for some ppl only
some ppl can finish it, some cant and have to try even few times to finish it

u r another mod who try to speak about things u have completely no idea about, so why speak at all if u cant support the author of this thread?
instead of helping him, u just prove what he wrote in 1st post is totally true

seriously, instead of helping him, u just give us a reason to think u r ******ed or igorant, choose urself

@kipeer: support here is weak and it is hard to get any useful info/answer, u were at least lucky enough to not wait over 2 weeks for response

ah and answering to ur question in thread title: yes it is.
