    i've bought this by l2 store (5 hour time) and i've notice that it doesn't work.
    i've put on my r-grade equipment on a 70 liv char and i still got the penalty.
    i've tried with s-grade equip too...

    the description might be a bit missleading. it lowers the requirements by 5 char levels. once you'll be 71 you'll be able to wear s-grade. if you'd be 80, you'd be able to wear r-grade and so on.

    ok got it. i was sure that it decrease the penality level not the level of char. now it's clear, thanks.
