Rapid Fire

    what's wrong with this skill?it increase my attack and attack speed and in the moment i shoot an arrow my attack speed bonus just disappear while my p.attack and range penalty stay active.after i use any of self buffs attkspeed got increased again untill i shoot next arrow.
    so is it supposed to be that way(kinda useless then) or the skill is messed up?

    p.s. it doesn't disappear only rapid fire attk.speed bonus but rapid shot too.396 unbuffed-529 with rapid fire+rapid shot.....1 shot in target and attk speed is back to 396 since both buffs stay up.

    display error.

    shoot npcs, note change in actual attackspeed with buffs on/off.

    it's not a display error.....i noticed by watching my attk speed when killing mobs and then i check what happens in my stats.
