BUG REPORT !

i'm writing this beause of lack of ingame gm at the time i play.
i have a bug in the following quest : pavel's last research. i'm at the moment when i get from yumi the key to dr. chaos secret book. when i click 2 times in the key (that's what i'm supposed to do according to yumi and websites where this quest is described), and when i click it i should recieve a report to continue the quest. and here's the bug. i click, tho book disappears but the report isn't acquired. and now i'm stuck. i can't complete/continue this quest without this quest item. i'm not the only person who tried to make this quest and have the same problem. (xluckyx, ashenie - maybe more but i don't know). please fix it or just do something.
