CRASH PROBLEMS

hi guys i have a problem with the game.sometimes lately more often the game crashes and gives this message:

1. please update your drivers at first.
2. delete option.ini file (...\lineage\system\option.ini) and fix the game at eu.4game.com.
3. also create request at support.4game.com and attach dxdiag file there. pm me the request number.
