    i have book transform sealbook - saber tooth tiger, but do not know how to learn..., help plz

    you can learn it at ivory tower (2nd floor, the "transformation something" npc) after doing the quest "more than meet the eyes", you can start it at hardins.

    that quest is for onyx beast not cyber tooth tiger
    cyber tooth tiger i think is obtainable by drop in woa if not changed

    that doesn`t change fact that you need to do this quest to learn any transformation.
