hi there i was trying my seraph light armor on my lvl 91 char and i noticed that i get lvl 2 armor penalty whitch decreases alot(30%) of runspeed and some casting/ att speed. my question here is shuldnt i have only lvl 1 penalty? ps dont tell me to go buy rune of cry xd
