Rim kamaloka npc server down

    i have entered rim kamaloka today and had left only 2mins to kill to receive reward, npc server went down, ive got expelled and got limitation on entering again, so - no reward, today's rim kama got useless, attribute stone and other stuff lost, shoudnt this be some other way ? any compensation possible ?
