third party software

please anyone to explain me what is third party software i got email that i use third party software and character is frozen for 24 hours
it will become permanent if i dont stop use it! please anyone to tell me what is it and how to stop it! thanks alleyesonmypony

 

third party software is software created by programmers or publishers independant of the manufacturer of the hardware for which it is intended. with respect to lineage this means software and devices emulating the user presence in the game, game client modification, unauthorized access to server, getting access to the game code, interference in security system. use of third-party software substituting network packets. use of third-party software, e.g. l2aim, radar-programs that give a certain advantage in the game. use of game client modifications (patches changing chat color, character look, range of scrolling etc.)

these do not have to be running on your system to be picked up by frost, they only need to be installed on your system which is why all members were forewarned in this thread - https://forum.4game.com/showthread.php?t=6491

well if you know what third party software you are using the simple solution is removing it completely from your system. if you are unsure as to what software you have on your pc that is conflicting with frost then i would suggest you speak with the technical team about it so that they can help you to find the cause. i can move this thread to the technical issues section for you if needed so that they can help you locate the software.

did you ever used 3rd party software on your pc ? if there is still a sign of it, frost will block you automatically.

hello ieska i dont know! sorry i first time hear about 3rd party softoware! how it must look ? i buyed my new computer before few days so maybe its installed there

 

did it was a new pc, or pre-owned ?

 

it was new i just let it to be added windows 7 ultimate, and few other programs all other is new

i know what is team viewer,ok i accept but i cant say team viewer code at forum where all can see it... thats why i asked can we write at skype for seconds? and by the way my menu is at bulgarian.. ;s

 

there is any known list of application what we can't have on our computer ? some of us got installed tools like wireshark or task managers replacements, autoit. or better would be just to inform users what software cause problems instead of just simple "this software" or "that software".

i have the same prob like alleyesonmypony and i got ban 24hours from gmtriada. he say me that i use a third party software and if i log again with that software if i log again with that software i will get 7 days ban...can someone or better a gm help me? i will not get 7 days ban for nothing...i didnt use a autoclicker,bot application or something else.

p.s. normally i log from windows xp but these day(i mean yesterday) i loged from my laptop and its have windows 7.

 

if you are sure, that 24h block is not your fault and you didn't do any illegal stuff, you should contact support center.
