as i heared: for example if i have shilien templar and i awaken as sigel kight i will have only 4th class skills. and i will lose the old ones. that means there is no difference if i play pheonix knight or shilien templar, after awakening we will have the same skills just there would be some difference between stats? isint it? ofc i could test it right know, but im too busy at the moment. hope to get an answer
when you awaken you choose which skill to learn and it removes some of the old skills (not all the time). you can keep some of your old skills if you want to.

i dont realy like those 4th classes, it makes the end game so basic where evryone is like having the same skills again :< any idea if your 3th class skills are usefull on the higher lvls(mainly landrates and effectiveness)? and i would love to see a official server withouth the 4th class change for sure!! xd also how long would it take to see the very first legit 4th class changed ppl?
pre-awakening debuffs don't land on 85+ level chars with 4th class. 1 month, maybe a bit less. now leveling is a lot easier than it was before - you can get from 1 till 61 in one day.
hmm well maby that i hop over to next server evry month then xd, im realy sceptic about the 4th class stuff. right now it looks like some glowy boom fest with over fancy skills. and the fact only 8 classes remain with very minor race diffs makes it a bit to narrowed gameplay to me in the end. but well see how it go's maby a next l2 update adds some more content like a 5th class change more focused on your main race and your 2nd chosen class change or something like that. i realy liked the fact that with the 3rd classes you had allot of different end game classes and taht so many different gameplay options where available.
tereus, there are quests available from lvl 1 till lvl 76. chain quests to help you lvl up till 85 and make awakening. so you can xp old style or with qeuests. vulstar olympiad is only available to awakened classes in god.
