Rune of Crystal level5 not working correctly

hi,

i bought the rune of crystal level5 - 5 hour pack: it states that it will decrease 5 levels of grade penalty.
it actually decreases 1 level.

please fix the item and refund my cash, it does not work as advertised.

i made some screenshots, i can mail those if necessary.
i spent roughly 50mil on an item which i cannot use, i cry :-/

 

it decreases grade penalty that's 5 levels above of you if you are 70 you can use s grade

 

you need to be 71 in order to use s with rune of crystal.

 

the item description mentions: "it decreases 5 levels of penalty for your equipment grade"
it mentions 5 levels of penalty.

the debuf you get for carrying higher grade equip, is a grade penalty debuf
.

how on earth does this description make clear that it is not the level of penalty that it decreases?
and secondly how does this indicate that the character level is involved?

 

the badly written description is already known about. the item reduces 5 levels " from" the grade penalty. grade penalty means wearing equipment below an allocated level.

c-grade @ 35
b-grade @ 47
a-grade @ 56
s-grade @ 71
r-grade @ 80
r95-grade @ 90
r99-grade @ 94

the penalty has max 4 stages so it would be illogical that it would decrease by 5

 

that additional limitation does not change the fact that the description is completely misleading.
its like getting a 2nd hand toaster when you went out to buy a ferrari.

my conclusion:
i would advise for all people playing this game to stay away from this item.
the effective range of this item is not for lvl 35's (to use c grade) or 47/48 (to pre-use b grade) or 56 (to use a grade) , because its just too damn expensive.
the best cases are at lvl 75 and 80 you can use which would effectively decrease the grade penalty by 2.

-the item does something else than described.
-the item virtually increases character level in conjunction with item carrying penalty.
the item does not decrease the grade penalty by 5, but decreases the penalty according to your current level+5.
-the item price is 1,59 euro. you can get better stuff from the l2store.
