Power Shirt/Elemental Shirt/Shiny Elemental Shirt Exchange Stone???

    So, I wanted to exchange Power Shirt to Elemental and couldn't find this option on NPC Paddy anymore after Infinite Odyssey update came. I didn't find an option to exchange +7 Elemental Shirt to Shiny Elemental Shirt Exchange Stone either. Are these options removed after Infinite Odyssey update? How do we get Shiny Elemental Shirt Exchange Stones now?

    true its bugged, u can not obtain shiny shirt stone anymore plus u have 2 options to buy elemental shirt and power shirt enchant scrolls for 8k and 7k adena respectively that BOTH do not work. Take a look at it.
