Issue with account security

Hello, basically my problem is that I lost my previous SIM the security code for mobile that was sent to, and I cannot start the game from my current PC, and I cant change the number nor remove it, without my LOST number's confirmation, so im pretty stuck right now, not knowing what to do but post a ticket regarding that, which led to no reply whatsoever, though im still waiting, so if this helps the matter being noticed, it'd be great, thanks in advance
