The situation has been monitored for some hours now but if anyone is still experiencing any intermittent issues with logging/signing in and have already done basic things such as:

Updating 4game app;
Clearing cache;
Trying alternative browsers;
PC Restart

Can you please let us know here.

I have cleaned register with ccleaner and webpage for logging its working... maybe its a good solution for your problems.

 

I use Ccleaner but continue the problem ...

 

Please address to Support Service attaching the screenshot that shows your problem.

 

I can't sign in and I can't contact support because I can't sign in....
In main page my screen stay on loading-vortex all time....

Maybe i'm being rude here but i switched from Mozilla to Chrome because it didnt memorise my emails anymore ( because of 4game). Now im supposed to switch from Chrome to Mozilla because i cant sign in anymore ( because of 4game). At what point in time am i going to have to use Internet Explorer ?
I deleted cache/cookies/cleaned registries - it has nothing to do with it.
As you can see people are having trouble accessing your website. Can you please fix this instead of redirecting us to another browser ?

i m still getting an error message
oh and i cant write a ticket, because i cant login.

and i will not reinstall the OS like last time.........

 

can you make your site to work? finally? i have 4 people that cannot log right now because of it, updated 4game deleted cache tried other browsers restarted and NOTHING works. I myself somehow managed to log but now the site is not working for me as well. DO something.

Our engineers are already aware of the existing problem, butyou are still welcome to upload your screenshots for us to have a clear understanding what problem each of you is experiencing.

 

Here is what most players are experiencing when they say they cannot log in... For the most part it's either what the screenshot below shows happens, or the 'Play' button and the Log In details page at the upper right corner does not load, it just goes on an endless "loading" loop... Or it just spams the message "Error while loading page" and you need to update...
