Game is downloading *VERY* slow

Hello, i was hoping to try the game by night. But aparently the download speed is very low. It's so low that the top speed that i have seen was around at 60+ kb/s (now its at 22% after 8 hours 1,5/7,5GB) I checked if there is anything slowing me down, but it was nothing. I even closed most of background programs from the task manager. Also i would like to note that my score from speedtest.com is around 2+ mb/s. So, i wanted to ask if this is an issue that may or may not and if it can be fixed, or I am just doing patience for the day after tommorow?
