    when your queue will come support will contact with you. i know that delay might be uncomfortable, but there is a lot of support tickets and you need to await for your turn.
    i know its difficult, but you need to be patient.

    remember that u never should login in other web that need your account. only this web is the real. https://eu.4game.com/
    dont click in e-mails that need your account for reclaim a "prize" or other things.
