DC/Great in game LAG

After last maintenance (7/14) i am getting a lot of disconnections in game and lots of lag. I ckecked my internet speed and it's suprisingly decent (3mb/s UP) for the game, also i was getting the "The account already in use" error and if not; i was gettig stuck at server selection screen (and then geting dc again).
Ferthermore, I have encountered great lag. I've seen many times my game frozen and just stairing if the lag is going to end. Unlucky for me, I was attacking monsters solo and then having freezes for 15+ seconds during midfights. Of course I was seeing my character dead after the freaze.
Just wanted to report it. Also I will check again if something is wrong with my internet provider or the conection in general, I don't want to put the blaim in you just from the begening of my connection issues.

It is not... not even a half of it... But ok, next time you have lags, start WINMTR diagnostic and wait till it ends

 

Lately I'am having a decent connection, but still lagging and freezing every now and then. Below I am posting the winmtr diagnostic 100%. Also just wanted to mention that the previous log I sent was at 100%. I run it again it was almost at the same speed; and had amlost the same stats, but having the same lenght.
Finaly, a question that I am a little too afraid to ask. With all due respect, are those stats below contibuting on solving the laging and freezing issues, or just a report of my perfomance that will tell me that i am not qualifying to have fun and enjoy playing at your servers? Also I am posting again the Net Diagnostic report below the WinMTR report.
