Disparation cast time

    Hello id like to inform the support team or whoever fixing skills that dispa have no cast time and its instant you dont have to wait 2 seconds for the skill to show on buff bar inshort disparation cant be interupted if you want to call this official server try to put everything as in official

    This server is official and nobody from Support Team is fixing anything as all is done by the devs in NCSoft Korea.
    What makes you think the Disparition skill should have 2 sec casting time? This isn't a bug. The current skill casting time is intended design.

    I think he wants it to be insta and about interruption: dunno, I alwayz get this skill to fail/interupted by stun/dager teleport, call it watevar... Unbind too... Thing is when u use skill, it's "flying" to ur buff bar for about 0.5s? And if in that instant smthing changes - it fails to land, yeah just lol...

    Disparition is terrible now, it gets interrupted all the freaking time, especially by othells, it has to be used before they start to attack, because otherwise it will be interrupted/wasted ;p
    I don't know if they (koreans) did it with the intention of screwing the skill, or something is bugged.

    The problem with the missing actual effect and the Disparition's icon in the buff bar is known and was reported to the devs in IO (EP2.0).

    DIL you can log anytime on NCwest and check it or i can also make a video and show you that dispa is instant also you can read the skill info its says instant not cast time 2 seconds plus another thing is on ertheia knockback dispa not even working..

    This is correct, but it doesn't happen only with disparition or unbind, it happens with all buffs and debuffs. It seems like there is a recurring action that applies buffs, like every 2 seconds, and if you use a buff or debuff right after that action has happened, then you need to wait until the next 2 seconds for the next one. I can confirm that NCWest servers have a much lower delay time on buffs and debuffs. Here, when an iss is using his whole buff set, you can see buffs applying together, while they are casted at different times. Yes, it's some milliseconds before, but this shouldn't happen, and it's a very rare thing to see on NCWest, as this delay is much lower.

    I have sent a support ticket on this, and I was asked to make a video about it. Well, not saying that someone working for the server could do it, well, it's not something I'm getting paid for. Anyway, I'll make the video because my friends want to play here, and it is literally unplayable with such buff delay.

    It is not player internet delay as movement commands, attacking, or anything else gets done instantly during that time.

    Exactly, there is delay, much bigger then NCsoft!! I played a bit in LUNA, so I know too, that delay should not be like this... or mby it's made to make server more stable or give ppl a chance to interrupt/cancel skills? I and most of us would be more happy, that it would have normal delay and when u buff, buffs would instantly apply effect and icon to buff bar! Thanks!

    It is not a chance to interrupt, since the only way to interrupt a skill is to do it while casting. If you knock down your target after casting unbind, he will have both Unbind and your debuff on him after a second.

    I believe that what this server needs is to be set to do more things every second, and that this limit is causing the delay.
    But, judging from the last 3 weeks, during the event the server dropped a couple of times, so the server is at its limit.
    If they increase the limit of actions done every second, then the server will drop a lot, so it also needs a new machine, or connection.

    I shouldn't be able to use Giant's Barrier at first place... using it and getting it interrupted wasted my cooldown. This is a common example of the buff/debuff delay.

    The most common one is the death with celestial on. And this suxx. Hard.

    This is known issue as already confirmed by Dil, the Developers are aware of the issue. Bumping the thread here serves no further purpose.
