we have noticed that some questions keep surfing from one thread to another and that you require their statuses. that is why we bring you the list of faq where you can get some information on questions that you might have so far.

• suggestion:
we want you to add a simple way to figure out when the premium account subscription will expire.
reaction:
yes, this feature will be added.

• question:
why not to lump lineage2.eu and eu.4game.com together?
answer:
the thing is that lineage2.eu and eu.4game.com are not the same things.
in fact lineage2.eu is a promo page for the lineage ii. and eu.4game.com is a place where you can manage your 4game account and launch the game.

• suggestion:
let us know what exactly has been changed during the last maintenance?
reaction:
done. you can see all the changes applied with every patch in the "fixes made during maintenance" thread.

• suggestion:
will there be a website for lineage2 europe?
reaction:
we do realize that lineage2.eu (as well as eu.4game.com) has not met your expectations. we are working on the brand new website and will tell you the timeframes when we know them for sure.

• suggestion:
it would be great if you added an online checker and player online counter. i would like to know is the server up and how many players are currently playing.
reaction:
both features will be applied.

• question:
is it possible to add more convenient way to launch the lineage ii in the second window?
answer:
the answer is yes, dualboxing system will be reworked.

• suggestion:
more accessories in l2store please!

• suggestion:
start more events, we will take part in all of them!
reaction:
we are glad to introduce you the community spotlight where every day of the week is the start of a new weekly event. we will be also having ingame events, both organized by our gms and the developer’s team. enjoy!

• suggestion:
forum’s design should be related to the game.
reaction:
we are working on the new design. it will be definitely changed in the nearest future. we will keep you updated.

• suggestion:
is it possible to get more communication between the players and the administration?
reaction:
the answer is yes – we are going to implement some new features that will help you keep an eye on what is happening as well as some information from the team itself!

• suggestion:
will there be a tool to change the ingame nickname?
reaction:
we are thinking about doing that yet cannot tell you exactly whether it will be done and if yes, what are the timeframes for that.

unfortunately, decision on that issue has not been made yet. however, the problem with mentoring system is one of the top-priority for us.

well, disappointed as u are atm, paying for a game when its not even like it supposed to be

 

currently we do not plan to change the way of the game launch.
log-in system will be reworked in order to simplify the process of dualbox launch, but we will keep the web-launcher.
