    hello I have from one gender ticket two days ago, and send the ticket to support: 19072015-RM43.
    How long I have to wait more?

    As per the Announcement ticket processing for Gender/Name changes are normally processed within 5 days, we wont be able to bump your ticket prior to this but by all means on the 6th day if the change has not been made then feel free to PM one of us with the ticket number and we will then raise this with the Support Team.
