    I had a birthday 03/07/2015 but still don't received mail
    In post here https://4gameforum.com/threads/514767/#post-7634419 you announced , that we will get items in private warehouse. But till today i still dont get it. Could you please look at it again .

    Did you submit a ticket to Support as requested? If not then you need to submit one, if you have then you need to message one of us with the ticket number so that we can raise this with the Support Team.
