I can't run the game

Hi guys.

I have just downloaded the game and, when I push the "Play" button, the spiral appears. That's all. Nothing else happen.

Does anyone know what can be the problem and the fix? I have been downloading the game for three days (at 20kb/s, I don't know why...) and would like to play.

EDIT: If I run L2.exe at system folder, the game runs but, when it gets to full screen, it gets closed directly.

 

you are not the online one with the problem, if you check on the forum you will see an older treat made by a player with the same issue has both of us

 

The solutions given to those players didn't work in my case. That's why I opened this thread.

I can't run my Core account if my Classic account is logged, but I can do it vice versa. Why so?
