Hey, i downloaded last night the game, and logged in to create a toon finally. First thing to do was to go to Options and change some settings. There was the Refresh Rate at 30Hz, i changed to 60Hz (my monitor's and GPU's setting) among other changes and all were fine.

Today i logged again, and i clicked the Options again to remove the "Right-Click Mouse" option, i saw that the Refresh Rate was again back to 30Hz, without messing with it to 60Hz like last night, i clicked to apply the change for the "Right-Click Mouse", and boom, screen went black, pops-up a message "Out of range 60Hz".

Presses Alt+Enter to go window mode, not responding, went to change the 30Hz back to 60Hz from Option.ini file, i can't, no access.

    Any help?

Fast one should be delete it from system(or even whole system) and update client. You responsibility ofc, so better cut it in other place and try updating.

P.s. here is video how to update or even rescan all files of your game:

Thanks for the replies but i manage to solved it. I opened the client, screen went black, i pressed 3x times "Enter", and from the sound i realized that my toon has been logged in, i pressed Alt+Enter, game went window mode, and was able to made the changes.

    Don't know, maybe it's Frost?

Frost does not prevent you editing that file... you must have done something wrong...
    Problem solved?

Yes, all fine now. I changed back to 60 Hz at window mode, went full screen again, and no problem now.
