Why their prices are so high?
~6 months ago they were 10 times cheaper.

Dunno, maybe cause 6 months ago they made a "Tarot event" where ppl bought like 10 bazillion tarot cards, flooding the market with PvE Armor stone, while there is no way to obtain them outside of farm today :p

They were always (~2 years in the past) as cheap as they were 6 month ago. But now their price gone drastically up. Maybe drop was lowered since infinite odyssey?

Hum... To make your stuff PvP, you have the yolo option (will someone seriously make a bet on 20 pvp stones ? oO ), but people will almost always choose the "safe" option :
    - Make it PvE, then change to PvP
    - Make it blessed, then make it PvP

So basically, if the GemR + GE + cry R + Elcyum + PvE stones cost is less than the 20*scroll of blessing Armor (or 1 scroll of blessing R99) (never forget that the first part is 80% success rate, not 100% !) then it's interesting to make it pve (plus, while your buying your pvp stones, you have a nice armor). Since Elcyum and Cry R now cost nothing (they went 100kk+ to 50kk), the first option, if the pve stone price is low is definitely more interesting, meaning ppl want to buy them, and so their price goes up.

THIS IS TOTAL SPECULATION, NO IDEA IF IT IS THE REAL REASON !
