go start ->control panel ->program and functions -> remove everything called "windows visual c++" after they are all removed download this exe and run it, the exe will install the needed visual c++ http://www.speedyshare.com/file/xv7p...eu-4game-2.exe after that the game will work fine, write here again if it doesent work
cancel the installion, manually remove every ms visual c++ installion from your pc and than run the installer again.
